Standard commercial orders typically ship within 5-7 business days. Custom configurations or bulk facility outfitting may require 2-4 weeks for processing and assembly.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Yes, Dynamo Commercial partners with certified technicians nationwide to provide professional assembly and installation for gyms, studios, and corporate wellness centers.
What kind of warranty comes with Dynamo products?
All our commercial-grade equipment comes with a comprehensive warranty, including a lifetime frame warranty, 3 years on moving parts, and 1 year for labor and upholstery.
Can I request a quote for a bulk order?
Absolutely. For orders involving more than five units or full facility builds, please contact our commercial sales team via the 'Request a Quote' page for volume pricing.
How do you handle shipping for heavy freight items?
Large equipment is shipped via LTL freight. We offer curbside delivery as standard, but 'White Glove' inside delivery can be added at checkout for an additional fee.
What is your return policy for commercial gear?
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please note that custom-branded equipment and used floor models are final sale.
